The butcher shop is open seven days a week from 10:00am-10:00pm. Please note we will be closed all day Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We are now accepting orders for Thanksgiving tukeys.

At the Laurelhurst Market Butcher Shop, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality products available in the city. Featuring all natural, hormone free, antibiotic free meats, we strive to search out the best quality and value.

Everything is made in house - twelve flavors of Handstuffed Sausage; Pates; cured meats - including three or four varieties of smoked Bacon, two different styles of Pancetta, Housemade Lardo, Liverwurst. From our smokehouse - Cajun Andouille, Tasso, Smoked Ham Hocks, Kielbasa, Smoked Ham. And every Tuesday, our famous Fried Chicken sold by the pound.

Think of us as the home cook's pantry - Duck Confit, Rendered Duck Fat, Housemade Lard & Leaf Lard - if we don't have it, we can get it or make it within the next day or two.

Swing by sometime for Soup and Sandwiches from the butcher counter, served 11am-5pm daily. Sample one of our six daily specials, such as Ham and Salami on Ciabatta & Turkey and Bacon on Levain, or build your own using any one of our Housemade deli meats or pates- Smoked Ham, Pastrami, Corned Beef, Smoked Turkey Breast, Rare Roast Beef, and more. All sandwiches lovingly wedged between Fleur de Lis breads. The butcher shop also serves hearty Soup made from scratch, Charcuterie Boards, Beer, Wine, and Craft Sodas. Take your lunch to go, or enjoy it in the restaurant dining room or outdoor seating. A limiited selection of sandwiches and sides from the butcher shop are also available for delivery through Amazon Prime Now instant delivery. Sample meats from local farmers, including Payne Family Farms Pork and Hawley Ranch Lamb.
